It is not the first time I and my family stay in a Ibis chain hotel. Usually we are very satisfied with the premises, service and value of these hotels. Unfortunatelly this is not the case with the Ibis Styles hotel in Saint Julien. The quality of the service provided by the staff was just under average. The real problem was the situation my wife had with BEDBUGS. Just after the first night there she could not tolerate the itchy. It went so bad that she had to be medicated. We were moved to another room but it was already late for the marks and scars in my wife's whole body. This situation only means that the hygiene and cleaning service is not the best. Sorry for the Ibis brand.
